Mindful Self-Compassion Group


In this group we will learn to let go of harsh self-judgement, unrealistic expectations and connect with a better since of self. Mindful-self compassion is a technique that helps people start to relate and talk to themselves like they would a good friend and as a result decreases the impact of anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Group One: Chapter 1, 2 and 3

Group two: Chapter 4, 5

Group three: chapter 6 and 7

Group Four: Chapter 8

Group Five: Chapter 9 and 10

Group Six: Chapter 11 and 12

Group Seven: Chapter 13, 14

Group Eight: Chapter 15, 16 and 17

Group nine: Chapter 18, 19, 20

Group Ten: Chapter 21, 22, 23, 24



Tuesday 630-730 pm

Starting Jan 7th, Jan 21st, Feb 4th, Feb 18th, March 4th,  March 18th, April 1st, April 15th, April 29th, May 13th

*The group room will open at 615 and close at 745 to allow for transitional, unstructured “mingling time” that is usually present in-person groups.


Zoom. (Participants must be able to participate in a private location that does not risk the confidentiality of other members.)



$300 for entire series

Insurance billing an option


Group members must be able to commit to all ten sessions.



*Due to Public Health conditions the group will be meeting virtually for the foreseeable future. If public health conditions change and all group members are in agreement to meet in person the group may move to meeting in University Place, WA.
