Mindful Self-Compassion Group
In this group we will learn to let go of harsh self-judgement, unrealistic expectations and connect with a better since of self. Mindful-self compassion is a technique that helps people start to relate and talk to themselves like they would a good friend and as a result decreases the impact of anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Group two: Chapter 4, 5
Group three: chapter 6 and 7
Group Four: Chapter 8
Group Five: Chapter 9 and 10
Group Six: Chapter 11 and 12
Group Seven: Chapter 13, 14
Group Eight: Chapter 15, 16 and 17
Group nine: Chapter 18, 19, 20
Group Ten: Chapter 21, 22, 23, 24
1st Group currently Running:
Tuesday 630-730 pm

2nd Group Starting soon:
Every other Mondays 630-730 pm
Starting Feb 22nd- Ending June 14th
Location:
Zoom. (Participants must be able to participate in a private location that does not risk the confidentiality of other members.)
Cost:
$300 for entire series ($30 a session)
Insurance billing an option
Group members must be able to commit to all ten sessions.
*Due to Public Health conditions the group will be meeting virtually for the foreseeable future. If public health conditions change and all group members are in agreement to meet in person the group may move to meeting in University Place, WA.
