Group Therapy for Helpers

Are you a therapist, psychologist, nurse, hypnotherapist, nutritionist, or other professional working in mental health? 

Are you wanting a sense of community and connection with other helpers? 

Are you worried that you are feeling burnt out or fatigue due the pandemic? 

This group will be a space for therapists and other professionals working in mental health to get support, education, and a sense of community in order to find and keep the energy needed to be a helper in 2021 into 2022. This group will cover topics such as compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and real and realistic self-care for therapist.

Location: Zoom

Time:  Third Friday of each month from 10-11 am

$35 per group
(Super bill available on request, however, a V code will be used for diagnosis.)

• A strong internet connection in which you are able to connect in a private and quiet location.
• Not in a dual relationship (personal or professional) with Maria Carrington, LICSW.
• Ongoing mental health issues are stable and or being addressed in one on one therapy.
• Be physically located within in Washington state.

This group is open, friendly, anti-oppressive/antiracist space for Queer and or BIPOC identified people.
