Maria Carrington is a Certified Sex Therapist with the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). Unfortunately, there are no laws/regulations about who can call themselves a sex therapist.  ASSECT has a referral directory of all the certified sex therapists.
